The {SAMA} menu is as distinctive as the concept, and some of the selections may have you scratching your head on your first visit. Not too worry, though — not only is it all delicious, but each ingredient has health benefits you can feel good about.

Start your day off with a superfood latte and a Brekkie Bowl, like the CoCoNutty Morning — coconut yogurt topped with coconut granola, hazelnut crunch, maca mesquite syrup, and pineapple. Feeling more of a liquid diet? Go for one of the {SAMA} juices or smoothies, like the Smokin Hot, and feel the burn, baby.

And their Balance Bowls are special — these pre-built options are packed with color, flavor, and unique components. Take, for instance, the Paleo Bowl or the Vata Bowl, a vibrant meal with basmati brown rice, salmon, avocado, leeks, and a mango chutney. You can also build your own from a plethora of market-fresh veggies and proteins. Top it off with a chutney or dressing, like their Green Chili Lime Chutney or Sunshine Sauce.
