CrossFit SoChac is one of south Austin’s best boxes, filled with supportive and encouraging coaches and members. You get all the best of CrossFit here, with a little bit of gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in each workout. Aside from training, members here are down to take on different challenges together — groups train for races, obstacle courses, and CrossFit competitions. Brodie Park CrossFit is functional fitness at its best. Right off (none other than) Brodie Lane, BPC offers some pretty cool stuff other than your go-to snatches and deadlifts.
