We recommend trying the veggie flatbread after your order of Chesapeake oysters. Add a French press coffee, chai tea, or daytime cocktail to go round out your meal. This restaurant is at the top of the list for a Baltimorean looking for a delicious brunch experience to enjoy, with pinkies up, of course.

Their delicious and nutritious brunch menu is offered weekends and weekdays, so it’s always an option.
Here’s a curveball for you — this funky roadhouse in Hampden serves vegan Americana and Southwest comfort food options. Unusual combos to be found in the same café, but that doesn’t make Golden West Café any less delicious. Serving brunch all day on weekends, GWC has your guilt-free choices like vegan French toast, vegan burritos, Bison burgers, and skinny salads (and also “The Hangover Burger” to satisfy your hungry friends’ cravings). You can’t go wrong with the clean, flavorful bites at this New Mexican-inspired eatery.
Calling all vegetarians and vegans craving some meat-free soul food! Mount Vernon has your new favorite brunch at The Land of Kush. They’re drawing veg heads from all over the city with their signature $10 Sunday brunch consisting of gluten-free fruit-filled pancakes, veggie scramble, potatoes and/or veggie sausage. Want to splurge a bit more? Try some of their vegan Baked Mac & Cheese. We’re hungry just thinking about it.
With "sweet" in the name, it might be hard to believe this place made our healthy brunch list. But, hear us out, because this isn’t your typical brunch spot. For a 100% gluten-free cafe brunch without sacrificing any taste, you'll want to make your way over to Sweet27 in Charles Village. Here, you can order eccentric, globally-inspired dishes, like the ginger tofu entree or vada pao burger. Craving something a little more basic? Grab the fish tacos or pesto veggie pizza. End your meal on a sweet note with a couple of dairy-free or all-vegan treats from the bakery, like the chocolate raspberry ganache muffin.
Lock in your reservation now to guarantee your seat at this waterfront restaurant featuring an extensive healthy brunch. Go to Gertrude’s on a Saturday morning and wander through the Baltimore Museum of Art before indulging in brunch on the balcony. Good luck nailing down your entree — with choices like the Veggie-Fu Scramble and crabmeat or veggie omelet it’s hard to land on just one. But they don’t skimp on size, so you’ll still leave filing full even if you don’t order a side dish or that fizzy brunch cocktail.

But you can look for the likes of Churro French Toast (one of our favorite cheat day meals) or the vegan breakfast tostada with scrambled tofu, fresh guac, and grilled veggies. Try to nab an outdoor table when the weather is decent for a true sun’s out, (burger) buns out brunch.
