You may know these guys as CrossFit Federal Hill (with a whopping 10,000-square-foot gym) and CrossFit Harbor East (with their top-notch ratings). Well, the two powerhouses combined forces to create Industry Athletics and serve you their best workouts yet. Charm City CrossFit is at the center of the Mt. Vernon fitness scene. Its WODs are top-notch and with personal training and yoga classes, you’ll be happy you stopped in for a sweat session. But be ready: their instructors will take you through their high-intensity, full-body, strength-based workout in circuits. Fitt Tip: book a one-on-one training session if you’re new to WODlife.

The secret sauce to 410 CrossFit’s workout? Variety and coaching. You’ll have choices galore with their class schedule, including their signature 30-minute workout. Plus, their coaches automatically team up with new members to show them the ropes and keep them motivated. So, if you’re looking for that extra plateau-squashing push, head on over to their Hampden box.

To sum it up, PUSH511 serves up some hardcore WODs alongside a good-vibes-only community. They’re all about helping you be the best person you can be in mind and body. And they do this through some serious circuit training. They’re committed to helping you ditch those boundaries that have been holding you back from achieving new levels of awesome. Looking to improve the specifics? Throughout the year, they run specialty programs to include “Barbell Betty”, Weightlifting, gymnastics, running, and kettlebell courses. After your workout grind, check out their amenities — showers and a locker room with a steam room and sauna.

So they understand you don’t have hours on end to fit in your workouts. Just east of Patterson Park in Highlandtown, SEYA CrossFit & Wellness Center is teaching their members a top-to-bottom fitness approach: you’ll clean and press the big plates and you’ll also recover properly afterward.
