Harbor Point is already booming with lunch, coffee, and workout stops. All in one location, we’re able to sweat through a CorePower Yoga Sculpt class, create our own salad or honeybar bowl at honeygrow, or sip some coffee at Ceremony. And just when we thought this spot couldn’t get better, Plantbar announced it’s opening the doors on its second location at the end of this month!
“Eat. Drink. Thrive.”
For those of you who don’t know, Plantbar is a haven for the vegan, raw, paleo, or gluten-free types. They’re all about bringing us together; they’re also about bringing together nutritious and delicious ingredients to concoct a nutrient-dense menu to provide vibrancy to your body and flavor explosion to your mouth.
Honestly, they’ve got the goods — from turmeric and matcha to wheatgrass and fire cider, and who could forget the fresh produce? But just because Plantbar is known for everything plant-based, doesn’t mean it’s all rabbit food. It’s really a perfect spot to grab that pre- or post-workout fuel.
Get yourself a juice, smoothie, bowl, or even dessert too. You can choose from their extensive menu (we hope you’re not indecisive), or build your own juice or smoothie. You can count on Plantbar to provide vibrant colors to your cup or bowl, and satisfaction to your taste buds. Fitt Tip: Their Spirulina Lime Mousse is as beautiful as it is delicious, so be sure to snap a pic before you’ve devoured it all.
More than meets the eye
If you’re in need of that detox after this past holiday, check out their juice cleanse (one- to three-day options), Souper Cleanse (stay warm this winter with a soup and juice cleanse), raw food plan (three days), or their juice and raw food combo. Note: Any detox plan you choose has been tested and foodie-approved.
Plantbar is adding the finishing touches to their Harbor Point shop in the Exelon Building, so pack an appetite for a Post-Workout Elixir or Ninja Bowl next time you stop for a yoga class. Follow them on Instagram and Facebook for updates on their late-January opening!
