Your day starts early at 7:30am at DCR Hatch Memorial Shell, where you’ll check in, claim a spot, and maybe have some coffee before joining up with Wanderlust’s run leader at the 5k starting line. And hey, if running isn’t your thing, feel free to walk, skip, cartwheel, or crawl your way to the end. This isn’t about beating the competition or hitting your PR — it’s about having fun with like-minded folks.
Once you’ve warmed up your muscles, you’ll keep things moving with a 75-minute, DJ-fueled yoga session that’ll be equal parts empowering flow and dance party. By now you’re sweating, your heart’s pumping, and you’re smiling from ear to ear. So, there’s no better time to slow things down with a relaxing and restorative guided meditation session — you’ll soak up the sunshine and just breathe for the next 30 minutes.
