If you’re someone who brushes off plant-based foods as being straight-up bland and boring, you clearly haven’t tried by CHLOE.
Your tastebuds will thank you
The growing vegan fast food chain is about to open its third location in Boston because… well, people can’t get enough.
In case you weren’t aware, by CHLOE. first ventured to Beantown with a location in the Seaport last year, and later added a spot in the Fenway where they also serve beer and wine — SCORE!
Like all off these Boston-based joints, the upcoming Back Bay location will feature several locally-inspired dishes including a “lobster” roll made with hearts of palm, celery, smoked paprika, and dill — and, of course, Fenway nachos topped with vegan chorizo, black beans, and jalapeños. *wipes drool*
Some other menu staples will include their infamous guac burgers (available with air-baked French fries and beet ketchup), spicy seitan “chorizo” tacos, pasta, dairy-free ice cream (including push-up popsicles), and baked goodies like guilt-free vegan cookies and cupcakes.
Do it for the ’gram
The upcoming 3,000-square-foot restaurant will be nestled in the historic neighborhoods of Back Bay, seating 50 inside, with outdoor patio seating right on Boylston Street. Perfect location and great food? Count. Us. In.
While there’s no news of what it will look like on the inside, given the extremely Instagrammable Seaport and Fenway locations, we’re sure this one won’t disappoint. Oh, and just when you thought this news couldn’t get any better, you should know that the new vegan haven will be in the same building as Tatte Bakery — officially making Back Bay every foodie’s ultimate obsession.
Mark your calendars
The upcoming by CHLOE. is slated to open sometime this summer at 399 Boylston St., steps from the Public Garden and right near the Arlington MBTA station. Stay tuned for an official opening date, and start dreaming of that crazy “lobster” roll!
