Curry Up Now is Bringing Its Fast-Casual Indian Eats to Colorado

Wondering what Naughty Naan or a Hella Vegan burrito taste like? Same. Well, you’re in luck because fast-casual chain Curry Up Now is coming to Colorado, bringing healthy Indian dishes with an innovative twist to the Front Range.

Innovative Indian Eats

At its core Curry Up Now is all about serving real ingredients in an approachable atmosphere. Think: Chipotle-style, but hipper (and spicier). And rather than a stressful “how do I pronounce this?” kind of experience, they make ordering playful with cleverly-named selections like their Meat Sweats platter and The Hungry Planet bowl.

The menu also features fresh takes on traditional Indian street food such as tikka masala burritos and deconstructed samosas — basically a mash of ingredients like sauces, chickpeas, and crispy noodles that come together in an explosion of flavor. And signature dishes include tasty creations like their Naughty Naan flatbread loaded with caramelized onions and Sexy Fries made with sweet potatoes and paneer, aka delicious cubes of milky cheese.

Perfect for the diet-conscious, Curry Up Now serves tons of gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options, too. Fitt Tip: if you want to lighten up the rice dishes, you can swap it for riced cauliflower.

Curry In A Hurry

While no official locations have been revealed, the expansion is part of a new deal that will see 20 stores opening across Colorado’s Front Range and Utah’s Salt Lake City area. Not only that, Curry Up Now is planning to open hundreds more locations in the coming years.

Don’t worry, though — we’ll keep you updated, so you’ll know exactly where you can get your curry fix (and finally see what those Sexy Fries are all about).
