We’ve often heard the phrase, “whatever you do, do it with gusto.” And those are healthy words to live by.
Speaking of gusto, Gusto Farm to Street is now open in the SouthPark Mall food court, nestled between Chick-fil-A and Chipotle — and they don’t just talk the talk, they walk the walk.
A fast-casual restaurant inspired by farm fresh cooking, you can find everything from healthy salads to fast-fired pizza — all made with ingredients from local farms.
Not only is all the food derived from the best local sources, but Gusto’s menu is incredibly diet-friendly; whether you’re gluten-free or just really hungry, there’s a little something for everyone to love.
And that’s not all. Everything here is sustainable — that includes everything from the bowls your food is served in to the wood used in their standalone locations.
Planning your first visit to Gusto Farm to Street? Here are a couple of menu items that have our eye. If you’re a fast-fired pizza fiend, you’ll have a thing for The Farmers Wife. It’s made with the house pizza sauce, heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil leaves, fontina, and fresh mozzarella cheese, then topped with baby arugula and a drizzle of fresh basil pesto.
But if a farm-fresh salad is your game, The Local Farmers salad, made with organic spring mix, fresh strawberries, fire-roasted corn, spiced pecans, fresh avocados, and feta cheese crumbles, will be your go-to. It’s tossed in Gusto’s house-made lemon basil dressing — and you can add the antibiotic-free roasted chicken for a boost of protein.
Want to go off-menu? No problem. All the entrees at Gusto are totally customizable to whatever you’re craving. But whatever you do, do it with gusto. Even if it’s just lunch.
