Anyone who enjoys some diversity in his or her exercise routine (i.e., anyone reading this) knows that fitness memberships add up fast. We get that. And you know who else gets that? Studio Three. Their aptly-named workout mecca combines yoga, cycling, and interval training under one convenient membership.
Studio Three cuts no corners. In fact, we would go so far as to say it does all three better than some of the places that do just one (we won’t name names). It’s not all that surprising, since the completely independent one-stop shop attracted some of its energetic and creative instructors from big-name brands like Flywheel.
But it’s not just the classes and instructors we’re raving about. Studio Three’s studios—interval training on the bottom, cycle on the first floor, and yoga up near the building’s crown chakra—are all state-of-the-art. And get this: Studio Three has exclusive rights to those amazing Peloton bikes your friend who has done five Ironmans has in her home gym, which means our very own Studio Three in River North is the only commercial setting outside of Peloton’s New York City studio where you can ride them.
That pesky problem of not being able to find a class time that works for you? Not going to be an issue at Studio Three, which has the most jam-packed class line-up we’ve ever seen in any gym, let alone an independent player.
As Dani Muckley, Studio Three’s Director of Fitness noted, this concept is all about community. (Seriously, though, how do the instructors remember, like, everyone’s name?!?) Oh, and you know that typical “city thing” where no one talks to the people around them? Yeah, that doesn’t exist at Studio Three. You can expect to hear easy conversation flow around the room… well, when your breathing easily enough.
And did we mention that Chicago-based Graze is available right in the lobby so you can grab some replenishment on your way out the door? Well, it is, along with tables where you can stop and catch your breath, especially if you just took Dani’s cycling class.
No doubt about it, Studio Three is a powerhouse where you’re definitely going to find your new favorite workout class, and probably your new best friend, too. In case you can’t tell, we’re totally into it.
