Find the best healthy eats 🥗, sweat spots 💪, and outdoor adventures ☀️ in Chicago.
We’ve introduced one of our favorite Wisconsin getaways over the summer, but Camp Wandawega continues to surprise us all year round. Nestled away in Elkhorn, WI, the campsite makes it easy to experience the outdoors, even in the winter months, with an ice skating rink lined with Christmas lights, giant bonfires, and other creative endeavors (like random bars built on the lake once it’s frozen enough). Have a wintry blast before getting cozy in a variety of winter rentals that will make all of your Instagram dreams come true.
It’s no secret that Goddess and the Baker is wildly popular for those looking for something quick, convenient, and healthy in the Loop. After all, you can find three of them in that exact area. But now, the coffee shop and foodery has officially expanded to River North, giving us hope that they’ll continue to pop up in more neighborhoods throughout the city. Does that make us greedy? Only for the good stuff, and this definitely qualifies.

The best Chicago sweat spots 💪, healthy eats 🥗, and fitness events 🎟 delivered straight to your inbox.
Good news, Grazers. One of our favorite juice spots is now adding a major dose of caffeine to its menu. Stop by the shop inside of Studio Three River North (or the new one coming soon to Wicker Park) for all of your coffee needs. We're talking shots of espresso, coffee smoothies, drip brew, and even loose leaf tea — all thanks to Passion House Coffee Roasters. If you thought Graze was already good, don’t wait to try this menu upgrade that will give you the energy you need to take on the holidays.
If you’ve been to Ingrained lately (as anyone who enjoys raw, all-natural, vegan treats should), then you might have noticed the Y7 Studio branding right next door. Consider this an early holiday gift from the yoga gods because your eyes are not deceiving you. The popular New York- and LA-based yoga studio is all about moving to hip-hop beats in a hot, candlelit room, and we are more than excited to share the scoop once more details are revealed.

Alright, coffee-lovers — even more good news: you can now get your caffeine fix while cheering on the Chicago Bulls.** [Dark Matter Coffee](https://fitt.co/chicago/places/dark-matter-coffee-mothership) just announced [their newest coffee release](https://www.instagram.com/p/B5TXHecnagK/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link), made exclusively for The United Center.** Warm up at Mad West next time you’re there, and enjoy some of Chicago’s best coffee while cheering on some of Chicago’s best athletes.
Graze is taking over Chicago! The healthy food and juice shop is opening a fourth location — and this time, it’s in Wicker Park, where Scone City recently vacated. Stay tuned on when it officially opens, but in the meantime, you can always get your Graze fix at the Revival Food Hall in Merchandise Mart, after (or before) a workout at Studio Three in River North or Lincoln Park, and when you grab some of your favorite raw bars at Graze x Ingrained, also in River North.

It’s no secret that reformer-based Pilates studios are taking over Chicago, and CHI50 is one of them. The popular Bucktown studio is expanding to the Roscoe Village neighborhood at the beginning of next year, and we're shaking (in a good way, of course) just thinking about it. The more Megaformers the better, right?
As if we aren’t already lucky enough to have two Goddess and The Bakers in the downtown area, we’re about to get even luckier with two more. This fall, a new brick-and-mortar is expected to open in River North, and another will open its doors in February in the Loop. That means twice as many chances to satisfy your sweet tooth, caffeine cravings, and quick, healthy eats in convenient spots throughout the city.

If you’ve ever taken a group fitness class at Equinox, you already know to come prepared for a good sweat and challenging workout. The brand new boxing- and martial arts-inspired group fitness class called Rounds is no exception. Test your speed and agility during three rounds of high-intensity cardio and strength intervals throughout the 55-minute class at any of the five Equinox gyms in the Chicago area.
The city’s newest Dollop Coffee Co. has opened its doors in Ravenswood, making it the 15th of the local chain’s shops (including the diner) in Chicago. While staying true to the company’s mission of brewing its own coffee and baking fresh pastries, the brand new spot also has an expansive breakfast menu and plans for a walk-up window, which will be oh-so-convenient for patrons to grab their favorite coffee shop essentials while on the go.
