10 CLE Cycling Studios to Try For Your Next Workout

10 CLE Cycling Studios to Try For Your Next Workout

It’s no secret that cycling is one of the best workouts you love to hate. Once the class starts, there’s no unclipping. But it’s low-impact, burns a ton of calories, and, like all workouts, boosts endorphins, so it’s actually a good place to be.

Instead of running miles and miles on a treadmill staring at a wall, cycling gets you movin’ and groovin’ to the beat. The lights are dim, the music is bumpin’, and the instructors are inspiring AF. It’s moments like this we’re pumped we live in a city that has it all. So, grab a sweat towel, a bottle of water, and head to one of these high-energy cycling studios.
