Nestled in the Warehouse District in downtown, V Power is the epitome of power yoga in Columbus. Bring a towel and get ready to sweat! Classes are fast-paced and challenging, designed to push your mind, body, and spirit equally. And though yoga is all about you, the people of V really round out the wholesome studio. The V Power community is as warm as the room and open to yoga practitioners of any level.

Don’t be intimidated by the graffiti-sprayed building housing The Art of Yoga. The urban art marks the way for your yoga journey. The huge second floor space doubles as a yoga studio and gallery for local art. Fitt Tip: add some mystique to your practice with the candlelight yoga flow.
Ready to get your sweat on? Saddle up because this place will make you sweat buckets. Known as the “yoga inferno”, Studio 543 is serious about their hot yoga. Step up, stretch out, take in the heat. We’ll clear this up now: though it probably feels like 543°, it’s actually closer to 99.
Yoga on High is an OG Columbus yoga studio that, in addition to their Grandview Heights location, has moved their Short North studio around the corner to N. High St. The new space houses three rooms, meaning more classes throughout the day! And their unique class offerings provide yogis choice across the spectrum — they’ve got series classes for beginners, invigorating classes for the more athletic, restorative classes for those needing to relax, and specialty workshops for those with unique needs.
Just outside of downtown, in the heart of Bexley, lies this charming studio. Whether you’re looking for a powerful, sweat-inducing flow or some chill Yin yoga, Blue Spot’s got what you need. Give their Barkan Method class a try — five vigorous Vinyasa flows that progress to standing balancing, spine strengthening, backbends, and inverted postures. FYI: Beginners are encouraged to attend their On Ramp class, held the last Sunday of every month.
Burn, baby, burn! At the official Bikram studio located in Grandview, you can practice the 26 poses of the Bikram sequence with the heat cranked up. Expect a full 105° of delight to get those muscles warm and sweat pouring. Definitely don’t forget your towel and water!
Taylor Hunt brings his expertise to our community with his traditional Ashtanga shala. Here, type-A personalities will revel in the rigor and structure of the traditional practice. Taylor’s passion is obvious and he invites yogis at any level to [object Object]. The majority are Mysore — meaning you control the flow and set your pace under the watchful eye of the instructors. But if you don’t know a downward dog from a regular dog, they also have a led option on Fridays.
