Craving sushi? Stop by Poke Bros.’ Polaris or downtown location for a traditional Hawaiian poke bowl. Poke Bros. offers create-your-own options as well to customize your very own poke bowl. Grab some sake to fight the spice or pick up some trendy mochi ice cream.
Bibibop is the Asian counterpart to Chipotle you never knew you needed. Following the same process, start with a base of white or purple(filled with antioxidants and fiber!) rice, noodles, or lettuce if you’re living that low-carb lifestyle. Next, add black beans, sprouts, potatoes, or all three! Choose a protein: chicken, spicy chicken (not for the faint of heart), steak, or tofu. Add some color to your bowl with a variety of toppings including cucumber, kale, carrots, eggs, daikon (a winter radish), and cheese. Top it off with any of their signature sauces, including traditional teriyaki, spicy Korean red, or their special Yum Yum sauce. There will no doubt be leftovers for lunch!
