The resort-meets-gym experience is making its way to Frisco. That’s right — upscale health and fitness club Life Time is opening its next DFW location sometime this year close to Frisco Market Center. Get ready for a full range of fitness classes, cutting-edge amenities, a spa, on-site healthy cafe, and, at this location, a huge outdoor pool deck. And if Frisco is a little far out for you, they have a handful of other locations around the Dallas area, plus a Midtown gym is planned for 2022.
West Plano is already home to dozens of awesome restaurants, but now, there’s a new healthy option for diners: Beyond Veggies Grill. The counter-serve eatery features a variety of delicious bowls, wraps, and tacos that you can customize according to your cravings. But unlike most other taco spots, Beyond Veggies offers a ton of plant-based options, including vegan chicken and beef and Beyond Burgers (naturally) — and we haven’t even gotten to their extensive list of sauces. Fitt Tip: always get the Comeback Sauce.
