Juice has come a long way since the glory days of boxed OJ, leaving us with so many superfood-filled, good-for-you options, it’s hard to keep up.

And though there’s not a juice bar on every corner in Dallas (after all, juice and smoothies can’t hang with barbecue... yet), you can still find top-quality fruit and veggie blends in our growing city. Want to be in on the healthy juice and smoothie craze? These spots will give you a taste of what The Big D has to offer.

I Love Juice Bar

Restaurant

I Love Juice Bar will have you saying, “dang, I love juice” after just one drink. The reason? Every made-to-order creation is always crafted using wholesome, local, and organic ingredients whenever possible. And you’ve got plenty to choose from — their menu is filled with vitamin-packed juices, fresh fruit smoothies, and even sweet and savory bowls and sandwiches. But if you really need a nutrient boost, take a glance at their power shot menu. The Grand Slam (wheatgrass, ginger, lemon, pineapple) will do wonders after a night out. Stop by their multiple Dallas-area shops to fill and fuel up.

Brewed+Pressed

Restaurant

Brewed+Pressed is a must-go when you’re in Uptown or the Design District. Seriously, this place has it all — beauty and immunity shots, green and red juices, nutrient-packed shakes, and healthy snacks. But if you’re looking for something especially unique, opt for one of their specialty tonics or milk blends. Their tonics contain adaptogens (aka super herbs) like ashwagandha, tocos, and cordyceps. And their Golden, Island, and Mexican Chocolate milks aren’t your usual grocery store find, we promise. Plus, their pre-made drinks come in chic bottles that automatically up your cool factor.

The Juice Bar

Restaurant

This locally-owned-and-operated health and wellness haven has everything you need to tackle whatever life decides to throw your way. We’re talking house-made, cold-pressed juice concoctions, nutrient-packed smoothies, antioxidant-rich bowls, health shots, nut mylks, and cleanses. Even better, it’s all made fresh, daily. Thanks to The Juice Bar, being healthy has never been easier. Check them out in Highland Park, NorthPark Center, Inwood, and Inwood & Forest and don’t forget to grab a gluten-free power cookie for the road.

I Am The Juice Place is on a mission to help you feel good from the inside out. Trust us, the drinks here will truly lift your spirits, and we think their names might have something to do with it. Everything on the menu starts with “I Am” and ends with an empowering adjective — like wild, grateful, strong, relentless, and a whole lot more that’s just too great for this blurb to handle. So the next time you find yourself in Downtown Dallas, stop by this organic exclusive for the ultimate pick-me-up.

JuiceLand

Restaurant

JuiceLand has finally crept up from Austin to North Texas and set up not one, but three Dallas locations — and we couldn’t be more stoked. What’s the big deal? Their menu. Choose from their best-selling smoothies, grab-and-go or made-to-order juices, and health-boosting shots. But they’re not stopping there. They have hot drinks, too, and awesome add-ins like vitamin-rich Blue Majik and camu camu. And we couldn't forget their grab-and-go meals, which include plenty of gluten-free and vegan options.

The GEM

Restaurant

There are no hidden jewels at The GEM in Preston Hollow and North Dallas because everything on the menu is top-notch. Think thoughtfully-crafted selections that are totally organic, made with real ingredients, and whipped up fresh each day. And for all of you who swear by apple cider vinegar, The GEM’s got you covered with an ACV boost. Can’t decide what to get? Try the cold-pressed Flawless. No guarantees it’ll leave you feeling like Beyoncé, but it’s worth a shot, right?

Buda Juice

Restaurant

Buda Juice does cold-pressed as it should be: raw, organic, and real. Even their glass bottles are 100% natural and recyclable, so there’s no risk of chemically-made plastic tainting your delicious drink. And, aside from their craveable juices, what we love about this place is their commitment to helping the community — they donate their pulp to local organic farms like Bonton Farms. Oh, and they open their kitchen doors to the public for tours if you want to see how their stuff is made — that’s not something you get to experience every day. You can find their bottles all over DFW, they’ve got eight storefronts set up across the city (plus a few in Frisco).

The menu at Local Press + Brew in Oak Cliff and Victory Park is part pressed drinks, part coffee and tea, and part toast. The list might be small, but it is mighty. Juice Flight, anyone? That’s right, if you’re not sure what you order, you can taste test eight shot-sized glasses full of amazing juice varieties. Also, the aesthetics here are off the charts — cute, quaint, and picturesque. Did we mention their Oak Cliff location has a walk-up window and an outdoor plant wall that makes for great pics? Make sure you have enough space in your phone for photos.

Nékter Juice Bar may not be a Dallas-only special, but man, are we lucky to have more than a few of them nearby. The reason? This place slings smoothies crafted with house-made cashew milk, juices packed with fresh fruits and veggies, and plant-based ice cream that’s to-die-for (you can find these skoops at their West Plano, Preston Center, and University Park locales). Into making your own concoction? You’re more than welcome to customize your blend at Nékter. Fitt Tip: word on the street is that their açaí bowls can’t be beat. You be the judge.

Salubrious Juice & More is all about giving the people what they want, that’s why their menu is 100% organic, 100% plant-based and everything is made with locally-sourced, non-GMO ingredients. And they’re not only committed to fueling Dallas with healthy juice, smoothies, and smoothies bowls, they’re also dedicated to high-quality customer service. So whether you stop by one of their two Dallas locations or their two in Frisco, expect your Mean Green juice, fruit-infused smoothie, or avocado toast to be served with a smile.

Maybe it has something to do with their commitment to using only real, wholesome, quality ingredients. Or maybe it has something to do with the fact that they've created a welcoming environment for all. Whatever it is, we're not complaining, because when it comes to crafting an insanely-flavorful juice, this Bishop Arts District cafe knows what they're doing. Start your day with a cold-pressed Sunshine juice packed with watermelon, pineapple, mint, and lime or kick things up a notch with the Fire Starter featuring pineapple, orange, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime. And in the event that you become hopelessly addicted to their juice concoctions (you've been warned), they offer boxes of six 12oz. or 32oz. bottles that can be delivered straight to your door.
