When it comes to coffee shops, you can’t beat a local spot with an uplifting, vibrant space, a solid signature brew, and healthy, all-day eats. Well, what if we told you there’s a new concept in Victory Park that has all that, plus a dedicated co-working space they plan to open in September 2019?
Introducing Hatchways, a cafe and co-working space that’s about to become your new favorite place to sip, snack, and network.
Let’s start with the cafe. The bright and modern, window-lined restaurant serves up friendly vibes and a carefully-planned menu filled with good-for-you ingredients and options for the vegans, vegetarians, and gluten-free in your crew. You can expect everything from toasts and sandwiches made on multigrain bread that’s baked in-house to delicious salads crafted with locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible.
Of course, you’ll need something to wash it all down, and for that, you can take your pick of classic coffee drinks or grab a brew featuring their signature roast made in partnership with Dallas’s own Full City Rooster. In the mood for something sweet? Their chefs whip up fresh-baked creations daily, so check the pastry case for right-out-of-the-oven muffins, scones, and more.
Even better? Cafe-goers on a time crunch can pick up pre-made meals, Topo Chico, and Boxed Water from the grab-and-go fridges at the front of the space, while those planning to stay for a bit can hang out in the cafe or check out the co-working space.
With a Hatchways Café Rise+Shine in hand (cold brew concentrate, oat milk, and honey), co-working space members will soon be able to choose the workspace that suits their needs. Private pods imported from Finland offer an option for small conferences or a little extra room to stretch out while working solo, while a library-type room is set up with desks in a cubicle-like setting. The sleek, futuristic design also includes comfortable chairs throughout the front room for those who prefer a more relaxed environment as they work. Fitt Tip: Outlets are provided at each seat.
Once the workspace opens in September, guests can opt for a day pass or select a membership that includes six, 12, or unlimited days per month. Already have an office? You can also reserve an event space in the building for a catered conference.
You’ll have to wait until September 30, 2019 to post up at the co-working space. But in the meantime, you can stop by Hatchways the next time you’re craving avocado toast and a killer cold brew.
