  • 🎉 Transform Times Two

Insanely intense Lagree studio Transform is expected to open the doors to a second studio in RiNo later this month. It’ll sit right behind Denver Central Market on Walnut St. and will offer both Lagree and infrared yoga classes, plus an on-site juice bar called WELLth to replenish after that sweat!

  • 🤑 Cheap Thrills

  • 🍻 Send It, Serve It

There’s no better way to refuel after a climbing sesh than with a cold one. We get it, and so does The Spot, who just secured their license to serve! Even better, members get happy hour pricing any time they want with $4 beers. Head to their Final Friday event (the last Friday of every month) to grab a brew alongside good climbing, art, food, and music.

  • 😢 Farewell Fitbit Local

The news kinda came out of nowhere. With events still on the calendar and without much explanation, community workout host Fitbit Local announced that it was shutting the program down. Naturally, fans of the free sessions in Denver and beyond were bummed. Lucky for us in Denver, ambassadors Jon Cerf and Samy Mattei are keeping the group alive. While it doesn’t have the Fitbit name attached, the two local trainers have started their own FitFam to get together for free workouts. In just a couple days, they’ve already accumulated almost 200 members. It’s open to all, so join in the fit fun!

  • 💪 Going Viral

The format at Westminster's new Viral Fitness Group is a little different — each class will have a lead coach (a ringleader of sorts) and then be broken up into teams, each with its own coach. Did you follow that? That’s okay — just know that each class will have lots of support and will include components of both cardio and strength interval training. Best news? They’re offering a free month (yes, MONTH) to all who wanna check ’em out.

  • 🏕 The Ultimate Campout

Believe it or not, camping season is just around the corner. It’s time to start planning, and we’ve got something you might want to plan for. Campout for the Cause is back in Buena Vista this year with a weekend full of outdoor fun. From camping and hiking to SUP and yoga, you’ll enjoy live music and a whole lotta community, all to benefit childhood cancer. The all-star yogis leading the show will be announced April 1, but tickets go on sale next Tuesday!

You’ve heard the phrase before — you are what you eat. Believe it’s true? So does YA•YE Organics, a new spot at Zeppelin Station! The entire menu at YA•YE is plant-based, dairy-free, gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and seed-based oil-free. You’ll find savory or sweet bowls, bites, sips, salads, and soups that taste as good as they look. And if you’re in the mood for corny puns, the menu is full of those, too.

  • 🍳 Better Brunch Bites

There can never be too many spots to brunch around the Mile High. Especially when the place has plates that won’t put you into a fog for the rest of your day. So, we’re pretty excited to welcome Urban Egg to the Cherry Creek scene. Based in Colorado, this’ll be the breakfast chain’s first metro location (you can already find ’em in the Springs and ‘burbs). Urban Egg focuses on sourcing locally, so expect Colorado eggs, Deby’s gluten-free pancakes, Polidori sausage, Aspen Baking Co. sweets, Mountain High yogurt, and more. Oh, and there’s also a bloody mary bar.

  • ⚡️ Rise Nation Returns

Rise Nation came to Denver last summer, opening up studios in both Cherry Creek and the Highlands. Not long after, the Highlands closed and DTC opened. We know — it’s a lot to follow. But we do have one more update, and we think you’ll be happy about it. Rise Nation is reopening in the Highlands on March 1, 2020!** **Get ready to hop on a VersaClimber for a seriously efficient sweat sesh.
