  • ☕️ Brews Times Two

We’ll never be bummed about another spot to grab a cup of coffee. And we’re especially buzzed about this one. The Molecule Effect is opening up a second shop in Wash Park. Set to open in mid-February at the new mixed-use space at Alameda and Downing, they’ll serve up sips like Kaladi Bulletproof coffee and local kombucha on tap, plus boozy brews and Share Good Foods eats.

  • 🎿 Gravity Haus Is Growing

It hasn’t been long since we shared with you the scoop about Gravity Haus opening its doors in Breck. And now, they’ve got another spot opening hot on its heels. Gravity Haus is bringing their modern social house concept to Vail. They’ll be taking over Vail Mountain Lodge once this ski season has wrapped, so expect an opening next fall.

  • 🍣 Sushi Sans Fish

If you love sushi but hate the whole raw fish part, then we’ve got just the solution for you: vegan sushi. For real. Wellness Sushi has started rolling plant-based sushi in Denver. Founded by a former sushi chef and his wife, Wellness Sushi debuted at a pop-up in November at Alternation Brewing Co., but you can find it now at Choice Market and Nooch Vegan Market. They’ll also offer catering and delivery.

  • 🏔 Reservations Required

You might not have camping on the mind right now, but maybe you should. Because effective immediately, reservations are now required at all 41 Colorado State Parks. You can do so online at the brand-new Colorado Parks and Wildlife website anywhere from six months in advance, all the way up until the day you arrive at a park. But before you get annoyed, know that it’s actually now both cheaper and easier than before. The old system didn’t jive with last-minute folks since it didn’t allow reservations less than three days in advance. Plus, the new system eliminates the $10 reservation fee. Now go snag your favorite spot!

  • ✨ Elevated Aprés

The folks behind the bougie Surf Lodge in the Hamptons are heading to the mountains with a similar concept. Snow Lodge is popping up this winter (December 26 to April 26) with fresh, local eats and sips at the base of Aspen Mountain. Surf Lodge chef Robert Seiber headed to Aspen himself to oversee the menu and load it up with the best of what’s in season and what locals like to nosh. The menu changes frequently, but expect plates filled with everything from seared river-caught fish to vegan “cheese” fondue.

  • 😋 Yin And Juice

Practice a little #selfcare this holiday season with an energizing flow and super healthy sips. Lacuna combines two healthy indulgences under one sweet roof, and it's rolling out nourishing new menu items that are fit for the season! Everything on the menu is organic, vegan, and free of dairy and gluten, so you can nosh away no matter your restrictions or preferences!

  • 💫 Star-studded Sweat

Backed by the likes of A-Rod and J.Lo, a brand-new spot to sweat is headed our way. • 🍹 Craft Coffee And Cocktails

RiNo just got even cooler. That’s because Queens Eleven is now serving up Blue Sparrow sips and bites beneath the backdrop of a PichiAvo mural. They’ve got Onefold burritos, Izzio pastries, a locker rental program, and a staff-curated library of books. If you need me, I’ll be there sipping on the God Beet the Queen, made with mezcal, beet juice, and citrus.

  • 🌤 Daybreaker On Tour

The folks who made dancing at dawn cool are hitting the road. That’s right — Daybreaker is taking their healthy dose of mischief on tour. But this isn’t any old tour. This is Oprah’s show on the road. Daybreaker is hitching a ride with the legend to bring the party (and possibly some yoga) to her 2020 Vision Tour, including acting as the pre-show hype at the Pepsi Center on March 7.

  • 🧀 Craft Coffee And Charcuterie

Coffee has come to 9+Co. Frank & Roze is a specialty coffee shop that combines the brains behind upscale restaurant Coohills with those of two former Starbucks execs. Expect cups and plates that are carefully crafted but far from pretentious. The team is using its experience to its advantage while exercising plenty of creative control to make the space entirely unique.

  • 💛 New Ways To Nurture

ICYMI, there’s a healthy new concept headed for the Highlands. It’s called Nurture, and it’s setting out to be Denver’s first wellness marketplace. We introduced you to Nurture last spring and shared with you what we knew, like that that beats-based cycling fave Rhythm Revolution was anchoring the space. But we know a little more now. Hydrate IV Bar, Glow Body and Sun Organic Spray Tanning, and The Conscious Merchant will also be setting up shop, and there’ll be a Himalayan salt cave and infrared sauna available for use. Nurture is set to open in early 2020.
