Does anyone really know the right way to move your body? Probably not. Though, Compass Fitness might be onto something with introduction of Compass Wellness.
The studio has been helping people break a sweat on Broadway for over two years now with strength, HIIT, trampoline, and boxing classes. But Compass owners Jillian Keaveny and Heather Lorince have been around long enough to know that fitness is only a portion of the overall health picture.
The new sister studio, just down the block from the current Compass space, will add in yoga, Pilates, and dance cardio, plus a full suite of wellness services upstairs, like chiropractic care, massage, physical therapy, nutrition, hydration, and bodywork.
Think of it like a wellness collective. It’s your one-stop shop to keep your body safe, healthy, and moving. And as for membership, it’s baked into your existing Compass membership — just expect to pay a little extra for small group and personal training.
True, we might never nail down just what well-being means, but they can at least give you some direction. Kind of like a compass.
