All the while, you’ll be surrounded by friendly, like-minded people and some pretty epic views.
As an added benefit, there will be medical professionals and providers on hand, including dieticians, health and mindfulness coaches, and physicians specializing in everything from cardiology to internal medicine, that you can talk openly and candidly with — no referral or appointment required.
When you need to refuel, they’ve got you covered with a second-to-none selection of delicious, chef-prepared meals and snacks made with organic, locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible. And since they’ve thought of everything, they’ll have options for every type of eater: vegan, vegetarian, raw, paleo, you name it.
Even better, each day ends with plenty of free time, so you can explore the surrounding trails, hop on a mountain bike, take advantage of the on-site spa services, or kick back in the natural hot springs and pools.
