Kombucha brewers are popping up all across Colorado. You see this bubbly tea at farmers markets, on tap at bars, and sometimes even in bottles at the grocery store. Well, good news, Denver! Now you can find them all in one place.

A CULTURE OF CULTURE

American Cultures started as a food truck in order to take Happy Leaf Kombucha, on tap, to events across the Front Range. It was such a success that owners Danielle and Noah Brooks decided to open a taproom. We couldn’t be happier. Hanging with the cool restaurants and bars in LoHi, American Cultures is a healthy and hip hangout for lovers of all things probiotic.

You’ll find all of the Colorado kombucha players at American Cultures — more than you probably knew existed, right? At the cafe you can fill a growler to go, stay for a flight, or go nuts and get a kombucha float, made with local Sweet Action or Scrumptious ice cream. It’s a light, sweet treat that we wish we could have every day. And yes, there is a vegan option.

BOOCH AND BEYOND

In addition to the ‘booch, American Cultures serves up eats from Denver delights like Tlaquesalsa and local coffee from Method Roasters. Basically, this place is a local-lovers heaven.
