You may have heard of Rise Nation. It’s the workout that has celebrities like Jennifer Aniston, LeBron James, and Mark Cuban singing its praises. But you don’t have to be famous to get in on the sweat. Because now, the boutique studio is setting up shop right here in the Mile High.
Rise Nation is a HIIT workout that uses the VersaClimber—picture a StairMaster from the future—to work the entire body with zero impact. It’s cardio and strength all rolled into one. And with classes lasting only 30 minutes, it’s the epitome of efficiency. But don’t let the length fool you — it’s intense.
Intense and fun, expect big beats and sweet lights to accompany you while a high-energy (and highly-skilled) instructor guides your climb. And no worries if you’re a newbie. With a workout centered around such a unique piece of equipment, the people at Rise are happy to give you the lowdown on everything you need to know so you’ll be feeling confident in no time.
Rise will have two locations opening in the spring of 2019 — one in Cherry Creek at 155 St. Paul and one in the Highlands at 3420 W. 32nd. The 3,200-square-foot Cherry Creek studio will house 30 climbers, plus two far infrared (FIR) saunas and a lounge space for events and member use. The Highlands location will be similar, just slightly smaller and without saunas. Rise has plans for two more Denver area locations later in the year too, but exact locations are still under wraps.
