As the name suggests, the traditional, Reformer-based Pilates method is at the core of just about every class. But they’ve set themselves apart by putting a modern twist on the classic workout. From bootcamp-style intervals and barre movements to TRX and recovery exercises, they offer a lineup of signature group classes that take your Pilates workout to another level.

New to the Pilates game? No worries. Their Intro class is the perfect place to start, and you can count on their expert instructors to guide you through the basics. Once you know your way around the Reformer, you’ll gain access to their full schedule, which includes upwards of 70 classes per week and convenient time slots ranging from 6am to 7:30pm.

When choosing your workout, know that there’s more than one way to break a sweat at Club Pilates. If you’re looking for a challenging, muscle-burning workout that offers a little bit of everything (the springboard, EXO Chair, barre, TRX, and more), you’ll want to hit up their Reformer Flow class. But you can also get your heart rate up in their Cardio Sculpt class, build endurance in their TRX-Pilates combo, or kick things up a notch with their HIIT-focused Level 2 F.I.T. workout. Then, when you’re in need of a rest day, they’ve got you covered with a stretching-based Center + Balance class and a dedicated foam rolling session.

Best of all, no matter which class you take, you’ll leave feeling mentally and physically stronger than you ever thought possible.
