    Hot Yoga Plus Houston asked, and you answered. After getting the local community to weigh in on what classes they’d like to see at the local studio, we’re thrilled to announce that Yin Yoga has officially been added to the schedule. The warm flow focuses on mindful movements for a longer, slower class aimed at targeted those deeper-than-deep muscles and tissues. See you on the mat!

  • 🍲 Adair To Dream

    Have you heard? At the end of January, local favorite Adair Kitchen revealed its brand-new sister concept Adair Downtown! Now open at 1000 Louisiana St., the nearly 5,000-square-foot eatery features healthy, bistro-style eats (hey, snapper tacos), prepackaged hot and cold foods, as well as a sit-down experience. Oh, and staples from Adair’s OG menu have made their way to the downtown location, so you won’t have to worry about missing out on your kale and quinoa bowls or Joe’s hot chicken. And there is coffee. Definitely coffee.

    Sunday checklist: Do nothing and chill; go to Vegan Sundays at Astral Brewing.
