Aaron Holmes is the founder of Method + Crew. He was once a personal trainer who built workouts around the usual gym equipment. But when he decided to open his own studio, Holmes wanted a feel that was like his personality: totally chill.
From Genoa—the furry, four-legged customer service rep—to the inspirations like “let new adventures begin” and “your vibe attracts your tribe,” the boutique studio off 20th Street in the Heights feels a lot more Mile High City than Space City.
Holmes is big on adventures, which is what your workout will likely be. And any adventure + workout at Method + Crew is all about being healthy and happy through strength, flexibility (yoga) and speed (cardio kickboxing). So, join the journey!

DuffleBuff is a strength and core stability class that includes HIIT exercises. You’ll repeat the exercise for a specified amount of time for so many rounds — and you’ll do it all with a sand-filled duffle.
You’ll flip the thing, drop it, hop over it, drag it, carry it, and probably curse it a time or two.
