  • 💭 It’s All About Your Mindset

Get your cycling shoes ready. One of our go-to spin studios, Boom Cycle, has teamed up with EmotionMatters to launch an immersive workout series aimed at improving your mental health. The 75-minute ‘Mindful Ride’ begins with a guided meditation, followed by a high-intensity, sensory ride and a thoughtful stretch. Even better, £5 from every ticket benefits CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably). The first event is taking place on 25 January at their Battersea location, but keep an eye out for more in the coming months.

  • ☕️ Going On The Road

If you’re a fan of oat milk brand Oatly!, then you’ll be excited to learn that they're going on tour, handing out free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate (featuring its new Chocolate Deluxe Oat Drink), all across the UK. And on 27–28 January, they’re making a stop in Canary Wharf. You’ll be able to find them at the Department of Coffee and Social Affairs locations and at Timberyard, where they’ll also have a few of their oat milks on hand for you to try.

  • 🍽 Brilliant!

With all the hustle and bustle of the holidays, the opening of the Daisy Green Collection’s newest addition almost slipped past us. Introducing Barbie Green, a beautifully-designed, Aussie-inspired restaurant in the historic London Wall Place. The lovely eatery features healthy all-day fare, including wood-fired pizzas, savoury small plates, and better-for-you brunch bites that you can enjoy on their outdoor patio with a spectacular view of the ancient gardens.

London staple Oliveira Organic Vegetarian Kitchen in East Sheen has an all-day menu of mouth-watering plant-based eats (hey, Pistachio & Roasted Pumpkin Warm Salad) that’ll make you forget all about your favourite dessert. • 💪 More Ways To Sweat

Although we might all have the holidays on the brain, boutique fitness studio UN1T has been quietly working behind the scenes to ensure we kick off our New Year’s resolutions right. How? By developing four ferocious new classes that will hit their timetable in 2020. The workouts include Strength, Conditioning, Power, and Hybrid, so they’ve got all your bases covered — all you have to do is turn up and give it your all (once those Yorkshire puds have gone down, of course).

  • 😇 Making Moves

The venue marks their seventh in London and has three distinct spaces: Studio One for their signature classes such as Dance Cardio, Barre, and Box Fit; Studio Two for Reformer Pilates sessions; and Studio Three, aka the Train Room, for reps, sets, and high-intensity functional workouts. Once you’re done getting your sweat on, be sure to make the most of their plush changing room facilities and free Wi-Fi.
