Whether you’re on the hunt for a liquid breakfast, a dose of vitamins, or a new place to chill out and relax, we’ve got your go-to list of must-try juice and smoothie spots sorted.
Detox Kitchen knows there’s nothing like a colourful, great-tasting juice or smoothie to start the day. And with their creative and delicious juice names and flavours—Fabulously Focused with carrot, apple, and ginger or the Avo Pina Banana smoothie with avocado, pineapple, and rice milk—you can’t go wrong. Plus, their kitchens in Mortimer St. and Kingly Court cater to grab-and-go fanatics, so it'll be the perfect pitstop if you’re out and about shopping. Fitt Tip: the Mortimer St. store features a fitness studio in the basement, making it easy to grab some pre- or post-workout fuel.
Name a superfood. Most likely, it’s on Little H’s menu and it’s ready to be added to any of their already nutrient-packed juices or smoothies. As the little sister café to Hally’s down the road, this Parson Green wonder is filling cups with good-for-you ingredients and blending to-die-for concoctions for absolute sipping pleasure. Their Cookies & Cream smoothie is heaven-sent, and their Flu Fighter juice is essential for when London’s cold weather inevitably hits!
You know the smoothie or juice you'd expect on a tropical island? CPress in Fulham and Fitzrovia may be your next best bet. They pack their all-organic menu with delicious smoothie and juice options, and their coffee-shop-meets-juice-haven vibe will have you hanging out there all day. Not only that, the juice cleanses and superfood boosters have been thoughtfully crafted by nutritionists. Fitt Tip: CPress has smaller cafés inside their triyoga studios in Chelsea and Shoreditch, so you can grab a post-savasana pick-me-up after class.
This trendy grab-and-go concept in Leadenhall Market (and in Shoreditch) serves up a fierce menu of healthy grub. And although the Grilled Halloumi Rice Box and Pulled Lamb Wrap are alone worth making the trip, their delightful juices and thick, wholesome shakes really steal the show. Their Wake 'N' Shake with almond milk, banana double espresso shot, dates, and cacao will give you an extra pep in your step, while the Hangover Tonic juice with apple, grapefruit, lemon, and ginger will become your preferred Sunday morning sip. With blends this good, we don't blame you if you make an excuse to stop by every day of the week.
This London staple is well known around the city, and it's all thanks to their huge selection of cold-pressed juices and cleanses that come in simple, sleek bottles (it’s the little things!). If you're not in the mood for juice, don’t overlook their smoothies, nut milks, and nut milkshakes. While their charming Soho café has become a go-to spot for healthy liquids, their operations at St. Paul and Selfridges Food Hall are quickly gaining steam. Not sure where to start? We suggest their Charcoal Lemonade blend — it's deliciously different. Fitt Tip: stop by during the week because these guys close for the weekend.
With 1.4kg of fresh, organic produce in every bottle of cold-pressed juice, consider this your one-stop shop for meeting your daily vitamin needs. Their G.L.O. juice—that’s grapefruit, lemon, and orange—tastes of summer days. And you’ll get lost in their smoothie menu that features flavours you've always dreamed of (hello, Nut Butter Fudge). Want to know what an Iron Man smoothie tastes like? Then a trip to their Chelsea or Notting Hill café is in order!
Let’s not hold the “chain” name against these guys — they really know their juices! Crussh has been juicing, squeezing, and blending for over 20 years and hydrating busy Londoners whenever the need arises. Their menu comes packed with raw juices and smoothies so it’s hard to choose just one. But workout or no workout, their Protein Power Super Smoothie hits the spot. Speaking of spots, did we mention they’ve got more than 30 locations across London? So, wherever you are, you can really Crussh it!
At this health food haven with six locations (Soho, St. John’s Wood, Chelsea, Marylebone, Notting Hill, and Belgravia) you can grab hand-made almond or cashew milks, plus a huge variety of green juices and filling smoothies — which we think are some of the best in London! And if you’re a “no-funny-bits” kind of person, their no-pulp juices will be exactly what you need. When you’re making the trip on a dusty Sunday morning, try their First Aid Shot on for size — you won't regret it.
Wild Food Café in Neal's Yard and Islington is a must-go for healthy sips. Their smoothie blends may seem a little unusual (hello, fennel?) but they're guaranteed to be tasty, while their cold-pressed juices and tonics are hydration heaven. So pull up a chair at their communal seating space and order up a refreshing Twisted Orange with blood orange, pomegranate, and ginger for a relaxing afternoon well spent.
It’s all in the name! This global juice bar and coffee shop chain does—you guessed it—juice, and a good job, too. You can find them on all the main drags in London. There you’ll find chill vibes and unique concoctions. Juices, shakes, 'Joeghurts', superfood shots, and coffee — they're all on the menu here. If you need some help deciding what to order, we’re big fans of the Herb Tonic with turmeric, ginger, pineapple, red bell pepper, black pepper, and apple. Just believe us on this one.
Elephant Juice Bar can’t wait to serve you your recommended five-a-day (and then some) of fruit and veggies at their weekday stall in Whitecross Street Market. Grab a cup quickly, so you can browse the rest of the market and soak up the beauty of East London. Along with Whitecross, find them and their array of rainbow juices at music festivals and all the favourite markets around the city. Just check their website to see where they’ll set up next. Oh, and try the Red Juice — it’s so sweet and flavourful, you’ll forget you’re drinking vegetables!
It’s easy to get excited about the enormous range of juices at Raw Press's Chelsea and Kings Cross stores. If you can't decide what to order, the Coffee & Milk or Deep Rooted juices are always a great shout. On the search for something more filling? They serve up a delicious selection of appetizing smoothies, including peanut butter and granola-topped smoothie bowls. You'll want to dedicate a few mornings to trying them all. Trust us.
The ingredients from Portobello Market are as natural as they come. You’ll find that sips from Portobello (with locations in Portobello and Camden Town) pack a punch with selections like the Green Machine, Flu Fighter, and Apple Aid juice. All three will keep your immune system in check — an absolute London must. Plus, health shots give you an extra boost when you're in need. Alongside their tasty creations they feature a bevy of craveable smoothie flavours, including Pumpkin Pie, Naughty Snickers, and Watermelon Shake.
Bringing West Country vibes to the city, Daylesford’s juice bar brings organic cold-pressed juices to the masses with their unique Gloucestershire farm flair. You can find this health-conscious mecca tucked away in their organic farm shop on Brompton Rd. in Chelsea. We say “tucked” because everything’s a little harder to spot at this epic farm shop spread over an incredible three floors! As you’d expect, though, fresh, organic plant-based drinks and smoothies are offered here, as well as nut milk blends, functional waters, and superfood shots.
