Chances are you’re probably familiar with Psycle — offering high-intensity workouts driven by a sense of community, this boutique studio is part spin, part body conditioning, part meditation, and all awesome.
But if you’re not already a Psycle supporter, we’ve got a feeling you soon will be because the brand has expanded to create London’s largest boutique fitness space.
There’s a reason Psycle is among the city’s best of the best. Not only were they one of the first boutique fitness studios in London—launching their flagship space on Mortimer St. back in 2014—but they’re also one of the most trusted by those who like their workouts hard, fast, and fun.
Since then, Psycle has opened up locations in Canary Wharf and Shoreditch to reach out to new fitness fanatics who are looking for something more meaningful than just a calorie burn. Because what keeps fans coming back for more is their unique sense of community. Instead of letting you struggle through the muscle burn, their well-trained instructors encourage everyone to achieve their fitness goals together and cheer each other on along the way, making for an energetic sweat sesh like no other.
During their 45-minute cycling classes you’ll grind your way through speed and endurance work while surround sound systems and flashing neon lights will make you feel more like you’re in a nightclub than a fitness studio. Not into spinning? Not to worry! Psycle isn’t all about sweating it out on a bike — barre, strength training, and yoga classes are also on offer at all of their sites.
Now for the big news: this month, Psycle London leveled up their Mortimer St. space to once again create a first for the city. The 13,000-square-foot studio will make it the largest in London, spanning across six floors, with each level dedicated to one of Psycle’s curated workouts.
As well as the studio’s existing ride rooms, you’ll find a huge 50-mat yoga studio, a 24-person barre studio, and a 24-person strength-training studio. Even better, they’re adding 60 additional classes to an updated schedule — and while there’s a variety on offer, each workout is brought together with Psycle’s holistic approach in mind.
Oh, and Psycle’s Energy Kitchen has also received an update to include mouth-watering new food and drink offerings. Think probiotic elixirs, turmeric lattes, and smoothies with CBD oil.
Are you in? We thought so. Get on down to Psycle London and meet your new workout clique — this is one fitness experience you won’t forget in a hurry!
