Head over to DW Fitness First’s London Bridge studio for a two-hour, high-energy spin sesh combining Pilates, conditioning, and cardio moves. All the while, you’ll have heart-pumping tunes to help power you through the muscle burn. Even so, be sure to bring your game face and water bottle for this one. £5 from each ticket will be donated to Shelter, a nonprofit helping to eliminate homelessness.
