Miami may be known as a city that’s always on the go, but that doesn’t mean we’re ones to let our healthy eating habits go by the wayside. And there’s nothing we love more than filling up on a healthy, superfood-packed bowl.

Luckily, there are plenty of places in the Magic City where you can get your fix. From açai, poke, and grain bowls, you’re never more than a few blocks from your favorite creation.

The self-proclaimed ‘Healthiest Cafe in Miami’, Dr Smood makes eating healthy absolutely delicious. Dedicated to using only the healthiest and freshest ingredients, the menu is entirely USDA certified organic, non-GMO, pesticide-free, and certified kosher. Even better? They’ve got locations scattered all around Miami. From their Hot Quinoa Salad Bowl to their Açai “Bowl” 2 Go, they’ve got all your cravings covered.

Tucked within one of the trendiest locations in Miami, OOO RAW! Poke + Juice Bar is a chef-driven poke, acai, and juice cafe with a menu so mouth-watering you’ll stop by for breakfast, lunch, AND dinner (seriously). With influences from his native island of Guam and his Hawaiian-born mentor, executive chef Dustin Atoigue mixes the best of both worlds to create authentic, Pacific Island poke bowls. Not feeling fresh fish? OOH RAW! also offers açai bowls, like their Pineapple Express or Monkey Biz, and fresh-squeezed juices. Better yet, this health food haven sits across from boutique cycling studio Innerride, making it the perfect place to refuel after a particularly grueling workout.

With three locations around Miami (South Beach, UM Coral Gables, and Edgewater) Pura Vida is your go-to for healthy eats and a homey environment. Locally-sourced, sustainable, and simple ingredients are the backbone of what this cafe is all about and are what makes Pura Vida worth coming back to time and time again. From their Mango Salmon bowl to their Dragon Fruit açai bowl, this place doesn’t hold back when it comes to creating unique and flavorful options. And, if you’re in the market for an extra boost, grab a wellness shot on the way out.

Specializing in minimally-processed, plant-based foods, Della Bowls in The Wynwood Yard is making health food so delicious, you might ask yourself why you ever wanted anything else. Their signature bowls, like the Mediterranean and Dalé are as flavorful as they are beautiful. But the best part about this eatery is you also have the option to completely customize your creation by building your own bowl. And if you’re avoiding gluten, dairy, or peanuts, you can rest easy knowing you won’t find any of those ingredients in their products.

With shops all around the globe, Freshii is a household name — and we’re lucky enough to have three in Miami. While they have plenty of signature bowls to choose from, you can’t go wrong with the Buddha’s Satay, Oaxaca, or Teriyaki Twist. Aside from serving up fresh, healthy bowls, salads, wraps, and juices, Freshii takes pride in being both environmentally and economically conscious. From the packaging to the bags they use to shake their salads, the fast-casual chain only uses materials that are biodegradable and energy efficient. They’ve even partnered with the WE Charity, which provides convenient and affordable healthy foods to countries around the world in need. A healthy bowl and an important cause? We can get behind that.

Have you ever bought a meal and thought ‘what a shame to eat something so pretty?’ That’s the kind of guilt we feel when we dip our spoon into one of Raw Republic’s açai bowls. In both Aventura and North Miami Beach, these bowls are not only beautiful, but they’re all 100% vegan and made with locally-sourced, sustainable, organic, and natural ingredients.

With the motto ‘eat good karma’, Love Life Cafe knows you get out of life what you put into it. And when you put in delicious, healthy, mindful ingredients, you get an overall better quality of life. That’s why this good-for-you eatery is committed to using 100% plant-based foods. Though they offer everything from pizza to tacos, Love Life’s bowls are some of the healthiest and most delicious we’ve come across. From their Curry Bowl made with curry lentil soup, kale, and avocado to their Picadillo Bowl with black beans, cilantro and salsa, this place has a comfort food bowl with your name on it.

Under the Mango Tree is that cozy, humble little beach spot you’ll never want to stop snapping pictures of. A few blocks inland from the waterfront in South Beach, this smoothie and juice bar has everything you could ever crave — dragon fruit, banana, ginger, chocolate-based açai bowls and everything in between. Pair your tasty concoction with a Superfood Frap and you’ll be ready to take on whatever the day throws at you.

At GreenLife Organic Bistro, you don’t have to worry about where your food is coming from because they only believe in using only the most natural ingredients — aka everything is free of GMOs, pesticides, hormones and all things that, well... aren’t natural. Not only that, all of their produce is locally sourced, seasonal, and delivered daily. Stop into their Brickell or Coral Gables locations and treat yourself to one of their signature bowls, like the Almond Butter Açai or The O.G. with guarana-infused organic açai with blueberries, strawberries, bananas, and coconut. You won’t be disappointed.

If you’re looking for a not-so-typical poke experience, stop into one of Wynwood’s most beloved bar/lounge/food hall’s specializing in Asian cuisine. 1-800-LUCKY is one of those places where you could spend the entire day, simply because there’s so much to do. Think live bands, a record store, and the best variety of Asian cuisine Miami has to offer. The best part? Hidden among the many vendors you’ll find Poke OG slinging a ton of super-tasty bowls. From their Big Island OG, Top Shelf, or Hybrid OG with salmon and tuna, there’s truly something for everyone. Oh, and did we mention they have a separate vegan menu, too? You’ll want to order the Truffle OG bowl ASAP.

Plant Miami is a fresh and seasonal farm-to-table restaurant in the heart of the Wynwood District. And if you’ve never tasted anything from this plant-based paradise, you’re in for a treat. From their Rainbow and Mediterranean Bowls to their prized Mamey Poke Bowl, you can’t go wrong with these thoughtfully-crafted menu items — many of which include ingredients that are sourced from their locally-owned Paradise Farms.

If authentic Mediterranean food is your thing, then Taula Fresh Cut Mediterranean is your kind of place. With a 100% customizable menu, this health food spot gives you all the ingredients you need to design the good-for-you bowl of your dreams. We’re talking tasty selections like couscous, spiced cauliflower rice, tabbouleh, hummus, shawarma beef, and za’atar eggplant. Are you drooling yet?
