If you've never been to a CorePower Yoga class, then get ready for a high-energy, adrenaline-fueled sweat session that's far from your average yoga flow. Here, they offer classes in a room with the thermostat cranked to anywhere from 90-100º, depending on if you're taking heated or hot class (yes, there's a difference). With sweat dripping from every limb in your body, they'll guide you through a fast-paced series of poses meant to build strength and balance. And if you really want to challenge yourself, they also offer a Hot Fusion class that will test your will power. Newbies, no need to feel intimidated, either, they have a class specifically created for beginners that takes the heat out of the equation.
