In case you hadn’t heard, boutique boxing fitness is one of the hottest trends in NYC. And it’s about to get a lot easier to give this full-body workout a punch because country’s biggest boxing gym, TITLE Boxing Club, has confirmed five more Manhattan clubs and isn’t done yet.
TITLE has set up shop from coast to coast and has set its sights on building its presence in the New York City area by tripling its number of clubs. To do so, they locked down a deal with existing franchisee Michael Tosto, owner of two clubs in Midtown and one in Flatiron. He’s now bought into clubs for NoHo, SoHo, UES, UWS, and the Financial District. But as TITLE has aspiration goals to open 50 studios in 2019 nationwide, they’re also seeking franchisees in Brooklyn, The Bronx, Long Island, and Newark, NJ.
Super eager to check ’em out now before the doors open at the new locations? Hit one of their existing spots in the Manhattan, hosting classes as early as 5:50am and as late as 8:15pm.
TITLE offers boxing, kickboxing, mixed martial arts (MMA), and private training. All of the classes start with a warm-up, and then head into three-minute-long rounds of a series of punches and kicks on a 100-pound bag. Between each round, your mind and body will stay engaged with a one-minute active recovery period. It’s HIIT training at its finest.
Never sported a pair of boxing gloves? Don’t be intimidated. Every class is trainer-led and open to all. And with classes from 30- to 75-minutes, a session can fit into even the most hectic schedule.
Wish you had more deets on the new locations? We’re working on it. But when we know exactly where and when, you’ll be the first to know!
