In addition to a complete weight room and cardio equipment, the main draw at Knockout is their intense classes. Each hour-long session combines cardio with resistance training to help you burn calories and tone multiple muscle groups. You can even test the waters with a free three-day workout pass at any of their locations.
California-based franchise Mixt is making waves with plans to land in North Scottsdale in January 2020. This family-owned, health-conscious eatery will be serving up fresh salads, grain bowls, and sandwiches for lunch and dinner. Mixt is all about the combination of quality ingredients and scratch-made food, and with lots of vegetarian and vegan options in their recipe repertoire—including completely meatless meatballs—there’s something on the menu for just about everyone.
