Phoenix juice bars are blending local fruits and veggies into some unbelievably delicious concoctions. Whether you’re looking for a refreshing post-yoga snack or a daily dose of liquid organic goodness, you can get your fresh fix at these Valley juice spots.

No matter what kind of healthy, cool concoction you’re craving, Grabbagreen serves up dozens of fresh and nutritious juices, elixirs, boosters, and smoothies across the Valley. The drink names are pretty self-explanatory—Detox, Energy, Boost, Heal, Immune, Wellness—but the flavors are anything but ordinary! Wake up your tastebuds with the Spicy Lemonade or cool off with the Vita Vamp smoothie (agave, beet, carrot, goji, mango, red cabbage, strawberry, water).

With multiple locations across the Valley, Nékter is the Phoenix juice-lover’s hot spot. Need a pick-me-up? Order The Buzz — an energizing blend of carrots, orange, lemon, and ginger. Looking for some hangover help? The Toxin Flush will treat your tummy (and your liver) to a soothing concoction of parsley, spinach, apple, lemon, and ginger. Though, for a sweeter sip, try the all-natural smoothies like the Pink Flamingo (a refreshing fusion of pitaya, strawberry, pineapple, and coconut water). Fitt Tip: order online to skip the line if you’re in a hurry!

Satisfy your craving without sacrificing the calories! The blenders (juice-ristas?) at Original ChopShop Co. (with several locations throughout the Phoenix area) serve up guilt-free treats like The Slim Squeeze — an invigorating combo of pear, strawberry, orange, apple, kiwi, lemon, and mint. Got the sniffles? Order the Cold Buster with immune-boosting carrot, orange, ginger, turmeric, and lemon.

Juice Core in Scottsdale puts the pressed in cold-pressed! This “micro-juicery” uses a hydraulic press to squeeze all the freshness out of their raw, organic produce. Consult the wall for flavors of the day, or go for the tried-and-true favorites like Mother Earth—a signature combo of kale, spinach, ginger, lemon, and a handful (more like two) of other greens. For a zestier kick, sip on the Turmeric Sunrise. Note: It is really zesty.

Kaleidoscope Juice serves up organic, cold-pressed juices (along with good vibes) in a true “fresh food” atmosphere in all of its seven locations around town. Most of the 16-or-so juice blends are all named after the founder’s friends, like Vanessa—a green juice loaded with spinach, parsley, celery, cucumber, ginger, and lemon. Meanwhile, the slightly-sweet “Dusti Beet” is an earthy blend of red and green beets with green apple and lemon to give it some profile.

A new Fox Restaurant Concept, Juby True has locations in Scottsdale Quarter and Biltmore Fashion Square neighborhood of Phoenix. Here, you’ll find a variety of cold-pressed juices, hydrating waters (give them a chance), and superfood smoothies. For a digestive boost, check out the fun flavor with an equally fun name, Buddha Belly—a sweet and tangy treat of apple, apple cider vinegar, and maple syrup. Or, sip some flower power with the El Verde—a spicy combo of dandelion, kale, jalapeño, Himalayan sea salt, and more.

Spice up your juicing experience with 24 Carrots! in Chandler. Their signature concoction called the Voodoo Child—apple, carrot, cucumber, celery, lime, beet, and “dragon sauce” (we think it’s a sriracha blend)—is a delicious kick in the taste buds! For a tamer treat, order the Blue Pom Bomb, a sweeter combo of blueberry, strawberry, apple, and pomegranate.

Just north of Paradise Valley, Paradise Juice is perfect for those just getting into “this juicing thing”. The names and ingredients are healthy but not intimidating. First-timer? Try the Wellness Juice—a bold yet smooth blend of apple, aloe vera, celery, pineapple, pear, and mint. When you’re ready to step up your game, the Magnesium Plus always satisfies.

Tucked away in the Ahwatukee neighborhood in South Phoenix, The Berry Beet Juice Bar is just what the doctor ordered! Local owners work alongside a naturopathic doctor who also provides quick complimentary consultations or juice recommendations. For a fresh sip, try the Big Red—a simple and sweet mix of watermelon, lime, and mint.

This vegan bistro in Ahwatukee is a local favorite for raw, locally-sourced freshness. For a colorful blend chalk full of your daily fruits and veggies, ask for the Rainbow—a mix of golden and red beets, carrots, cucumber, kale, apple, orange, and ginger. It’s as delicious as it smells! But if you’re feeling bold that day, kick it up a notch with the Wild & Green, packed with cilantro, ginger, pineapple, and lime.

ProteinHouse in Scottsdale, Gilbert, and Arcadia doesn’t just serve up post-gym protein shakes. They’re also pouring delicious, cold-pressed juices! You can’t go wrong with their thirst-quenching Green Monster — an energizing blend of spinach, honey dew, pineapple, lime, ginger, kale, cucumbers, and coconut water. Need a little something extra to boost your immune system? Check out their Burning Man or Titan wellness shots. Your body will thank you.
