PURE GOLDEN HOUR

YOGA, FOOD, SOCIAL

The 100º days in Phoenix have finally subsided and it couldn’t have come at a better time.

PURE GOLDEN HOUR, an unforgettable sunset yoga flow hosted by Adaptive Training Foundation in collaboration with Michelob ULTRA Pure Gold, is coming on October 26. It’s all going down at Sloan Park, just a 35-minute drive away in Mesa. And yes, there will be beer.

YOGA + BEER

There’s a lot to love about city living, but sometimes, you need a break from the daily grind, and PURE GOLDEN HOUR is the perfect opportunity to do just that.

Far from your average yoga practice, this is your chance to de-stress and connect with fellow yogis as you bend, flow, and savasana on the same field where the Chicago Cubs play during spring training. We know — pretty legit.

The workout officially gets underway at 5pm, but arrive early to check-in, take advantage of the awesome photo ops, and snag one of the best spots in the house. Trust us — you’ll want to be front and center for this because PURE GOLDEN HOUR has enlisted some top talent to lead the sweat session.

Yep, fitfluencer and adventure-minded yoga instructor Katie B. Happyy of b_inspired will be guiding you and hundreds of others through an energizing class focused on breathwork techniques and full-body movements. But, don’t head out after you’ve said “namaste”.

When the hour-long flow is over, the post-sweat after-party will just be getting started. Throughout the evening, you’ll get to enjoy live music from a local DJ, refuel with happy hour bites, and sip on a refreshing Michelob ULTRA Pure Gold, the first major organic beer of its kind, while the sun goes down behind the stadium. Sounds like our kind of Saturday!

POSITIVE VIBES ONLY

The best part about PURE GOLDEN HOUR? Tickets are only $5 and proceeds benefit Adaptive Training Foundation, a non-profit organization working to empower and transform the lives of those with physical disabilities through exercise and community.

Oh, and don’t worry about bringing your yoga mat — they’ll be provided, along with some water... you’re going to need it.

So, what are you waiting for? Grab your ticket to this sun-soaked stadium sweat session before they sell out!
