If you've been dreaming of crumb.'s Herbed Focaccia Crusted Seitan Wings and vegan Shrimp Poboy since they temporarily set up shop inside Smallman Galley last December, you're not alone.
Luckily, that's not the last we'll see of this popular plant-based pop-up. Abbigail Hansel, the culinary genius behind the concept has been working behind the scenes and plotting her next move, recently revealing that we'll get another taste of crumb.'s delicious meatless eats sooner than later.
Starting May 17, crumb. will be operating as a late-night pop-up inside the Gluten Free Goat Bakery & Café on Fridays and Saturdays from 10pm-2am.
True to form, they'll be serving up a menu packed with mouth-watering bites. Get ready to sink your teeth into the likes of a Big Cheese burger (a double patty, cheese sauce, shredded lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle sandwiched between a house bun), chili cheese fries, and a cashew- and almond-based chocolate shake that's as smooth and creamy as its dairy-filled counterpart. And not only will everything be vegan, it'll also be gluten-, soy-, corn-, and peanut-free.
So clear your schedule for next Saturday evening and get there early, we've got a feeling there will be a line around the block.
