Confused? Don’t be. Just get outside and embrace the summer heat during this four-class series of a little Bump & Grind. And ain’t nothing wrong with that.
Our good friends at Arsenal Strength (and their sister studio Arsenal Cycle) are moving their bikes outside to Bay 4, a historical Pittsburgh industrial site turned event space of The Foundry at 41st in Lawrenceville. This one-of-a-kind class will combine HIIT, bootcamp, and cycling — they call it “Bump & Grind.”
Rest assured, the venue alone is enough to make you forget you’re getting your booty kicked. Oh yeah, and it’s free. But keep your eyes on the weather — class will be canceled if it rains.
Don’t worry about hydration either (well, maybe bring some water). Hop Farm will be providing $1 off drink tickets to all participants to be used the day of the event. If your legs have anything left, mosey on up Butler Street for a celebratory brew.
The first class is Sunday, August 20 at 10am. If you like it, come back for round two Sunday, September 10. Honestly, just keep your Sunday mornings free for more bumping and grinding until further notice.
We’ll keep you up to date on all things health, fitness and local food in Pittsburgh.
