Nowadays, there are so many races and walks out there supporting local charities and initiatives. We love it! How could you not? Few things are better than breaking a sweat while supporting a worthy cause. Which is why we’re excited to share an incredible event with you, the Walk for Children’s.
This walk is the work of Children’s Hospital. They’re on a mission to provide hope and care to children and families throughout the region by allowing access to all children regardless of their ability to pay.
Did you catch that? Payment or not, Children’s puts kids and families first, ensuring they get the care they need. And the Walk for Children’s was organized to support this mission by raising funds for Children’s. Your participation and donations help sick kids get back to what they do best – being a kid.
This event is coming up on Saturday, June 3, so here’s what you need to do. Sign-up for the walk and Patient Champion Parade set to take place at Flagstaff Hill in Schenley Park.
