Oh, oh! We know! Speedos and steroids. Flexing and fake tans. Pumping iron and protein shakes. Yeah, we could do this all day. But you get the point.
Let’s try again. This time it’s a phrase: Pitt Fitness and Bodybuilding Club. If the same thoughts come to mind, you’ll have to walk them back. There’s more to this club than the name suggests. It’s not intimidating or exclusive. Quite the opposite true. The Pitt Bodybuilding Club is committed to promoting overall health and well-being.
As their Facebook page suggests, they use everything from Olympic weight training to powerlifting, CrossFit training to cardio exercises (and bodybuilding, too) to help students get fit, maximize results and minimize the risk of injury. Best of all, the advice and diet planning, workout sessions and events are all conducted in a way that makes this club feel more like a laid back support group than a meeting of meat heads.
