NYC-Based, RUMBLE is on The Move With Plans to Launch in 4 New Cities

If you don’t know, now you know. Rumble, the latest evolution in fitness has arrived — and it’s packing a punch.

The boxing-inspired group workout has been shaking up the boutique studio scene with classes that combine the fundamentals of boxing with strength-training exercises meant to help you build confidence and get the most out of your workout.

The fitness company has been warming up in New York’s Flatiron/Chelsea and Noho neighborhoods for about a year, but now they’re ready for the main event.

  • Let’s get ready to Rumble

Get ready to tap into your inner Ali no matter what coast you’re on.

Rumble has plans to expand its reach in New York and bring its power-packed, 45-minute group classes to West Hollywood in LA, the Financial District in San Francisco, Washington DC, and Philadelphia. And this is just the beginning.

Up for a challenge? Rumble’s beginner-friendly workout starts with a group warm-up and then takes you through 10 rounds of cardio boxing (focusing on six core boxing moves).

Expect to spend half the class pounding on their water-filled, teardrop-shaped Aqua training bags (specifically designed to help minimize damage to your joints) and the other half pushing yourself through HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) and metabolic conditioning to get your heart pounding and your muscles burning.

But don’t worry — Rumble doesn’t take themselves too seriously. You’re going to be perfecting your jab, cross, and uppercut while sticking and moving to the hottest hip-hop tunes, remixes, and mashups, all projected through Rumble’s nightclub-quality sound system.

No gloves? No problem. Rumble has wraps and gloves for rent (but feel free to bring your own). So gear up, it’s time to start throwing your bodyweight around. Always challenged. Never judged. Rumble is here to help you go the distance.

Rumble’s fast break into the fitness fold has people asking, “Are they the next SoulCycle?”

Well, they might be onto something. Equinox, the owner of SoulCycle, recently announced a significant minority stake in the boxing trendsetter, and together, they’re ready to make Rumble the heavyweight in the boxing world.

To get in on the action, sign up for one of Rumble’s class packages on their website. And don’t say we didn’t tell you. So don’t be alarmed when Rumble shows up and rivals your hometown spot.
