    Paddington gym Flow Athletic has given their yoga offering a complete makeover in February, with a new focus on results and an enhanced feeling of wellness. While you’ll still get a full-body workout and mind-body release from the flow, each of the new classes has a “special feature”: FloMo works in functional and mobility exercises; Dynamic Flow will centre around progressing to a monthly “Peak Pose”; and Flow will practise a “Key Indicator Pose” at the start and end of each class to see how you’ve progressed!
