There’s really nothing better than enjoying a hot, comforting cup of coffee on a freezing January morning! Luckily, you’ve got plenty of new coffee shops to choose from this winter. Our pick of the bunch? 7 Corners Coffee. Make it your first stop of the morning for a caffeine fix, and stick around because there’s plenty of seating. It also has drool-worthy healthy grub on their menu to pair with your latte — think organic yogurt parfaits and avocado toast. Yum!

  • 🔥 ALTR HIITs Edina

  • ❤️ Lots Of lulu Love

Watch out MSP: lululemon is here to take your fitness routine up a couple of notches. An experiential-style lululemon opened at MOA last month, and it’s bringing all of the perks. The outpost is just the second store of its kind in the country (following the OG space in Chicago) and is aiming to be your one-stop-shop for all things health and wellness. Whether you’re upgrading your fitness gear, sweating it out at a workout class, exhaling in the meditation room, or filling up at the fuel bar, they have you covered.

The studio will also feature an energizing Fuel Bar where you can recover with a customized shake and snacks, along with recovery areas and a well-stocked shop.

The Spoonriver space will be taken over by Birchwood Cafe and the Minnesota Farmers Union, who will carry on Langton’s local, seasonal, and sustainable legacy. More details will be on the horizon in 2020, including details on their mouthwatering, nutritious menu, so stay tuned!

  • 💪 StrechLab It Out

With all of the new fitness studios popping up in MSP, you’re going to need to focus on your post-workout recovery. Luckily, StretchLab has set up another shop. The assisted-stretch boutique recently opened in Calhoun Village (tucked conveniently near Whole Foods and Modo Yoga Minneapolis), and they’re making sure we actually limber up through one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. Visit their website for discounted memberships before the space officially opens its doors.
